Simchat Torah at Congregation Adath Jeshurun

Congregation Adath Jeshurun is dedicated to Conservative Judaism, committed to life-long education (Torah), a traditional style of worship (Avodah), and acts of loving kindness (G’milut Hassadim) both within and outside the Jewish community.
Simchat Torah is a joyous holiday which celebrates the conclusion of the annual cycle of Torah readings and the beginning of a new cycle!

  • 5:45 p.m. – Mincha/Ma’ariv
  • * 6:15 p.m. – Festive Dinner featuring a talk with Avshi Weinstein, one of the founders for the Violins of Hope: Strings of the Holocaust
  • 7:00 p.m. Dance with Torahs featuring the Klezmer band Lost Tribe playing one of the violins from the Violins of Hope collection

Non-congregation members are welcome to attend, but reservations are required for the dinner.
